Happy Thanksgiving !! Happy Thanksgiving to my fellow Canadians. This will be my first Thanksgiving away from family and friends. I am going to miss the roasted turkey, stuffing, mashed potatoes and gravy. Most of all I will miss the pumkin pie and whip cream. <img src,"http,//www.dioenglish.com/static/image/smiley/comcom/3.gif"> Of course the conversations with the family during this wonderful dinner is always a pleasure. I would like to hear from any expats that have been able to replicate a turkey dinner in China. I am thankful that my wife had encouraged me to pursue my goal of teaching in China.
